Atlas Copco Group Mechanical Engineer interviews, decoded.

Applied directly through the university portal. The interview was bilingual, with questions in English and French to check fluency. Interestingly, no technical questions were asked even though it was for a mechanical engineering internship for undergraduates.

The interview process involved a meeting with the technical director and HR, followed by a logic and personality test. Then there was another meeting with HR, an in-person meeting, a 'grandparent interview', and finally a check of references. I haven't completed the process yet.

It was an easy job interview. They asked me about my past experience and my reasons for applying. The interview was conducted remotely. It went on for quite a while, but the hiring manager spent a good chunk of time discussing the role and the company.
