The interview process involved an HR interview focusing on motivation, self-description, and key achievements/hobbies. This was followed by a department manager interview, which was similar to the HR interview. The next step is a VP interview, which has not yet taken place.

After submitting your application, HR will reach out for an initial screening on a global scale. If it goes well for both sides, we'll move on to the regular interview and case studies.

Had some basic questions, but also they asked 'what would you do at home when nothing is planned that day'. They gave a great explanation about the company. It was a kind and gentle welcoming.
