After they reviewed all the CVs, I had a meeting with the manager and my thesis supervisor. It was about clarifying my CV and asking technical questions about my background. The technical interview was really about the job I applied for.
HR reached out to me. Then I had an introductory meeting with a technical person. That meeting lasted about 45 minutes. First, I shared some background info about myself and the interviewer, and then some technical questions were asked to gauge my level.
It was a dynamic selection process, with several stages. First, there was an in-person group activity. Then, an online individual interview, followed by a presentation about a company product.
