The initial phone interview seemed promising, with the recruiter expressing satisfaction with my resume and background. Despite completing a challenging mechanical aptitude test, I was initially led to believe a second interview would follow. However, after a week of no further contact and attempts to reach HR, I eventually received a generic rejection email.

Applied via job sites, then got a pre-interview phone call. After that, a face-to-face interview was scheduled. It included a technical interview with the service manager and team leader, a soft skills interview with the HR manager, and a diversity interview with the HR Manager. They had welcoming and good attitudes.

The interview had a relaxed vibe, taking place on a terrace with one very pleasant, open, and friendly person. We discussed my background, experience, and skills, followed by an explanation of the role. However, the main focus was on my personality.
