Candidate-reported interview process

the interview of atlas copco initially based on tech (compressor and all) and also asked about my family background so that they could get a guess that i will stay in company or i will leave for higher studies.

First, they checked my CV and cover letter. Then, there was an HR interview. After that, I had to complete some online tests assessing personality, motivation, abstract reasoning, and analytical skills. This was followed by an in-person meeting with the team leader and the Vice President. Finally, I received phone feedback and a review of the offer after a two-week wait.

Nice, quick process. 3 interviews and then an offer. Sometimes you have to do tests too. Read the website and see what you can use. Also, show interest in what they do.
