Candidate-reported interview process

it was good. they asked me about thermodynamics and fluid dynamics. you have to be prepared about these topics in depth. and you also need basic knowledge of your domain subject.

I applied through campus recruitment. The process started with an assessment, then a group discussion (GD), a communication game, a role-playing exercise, and an interview. After getting selected in these initial stages, I was invited for a final round interview and an HR discussion.

So first there's an aptitude and technical test, then a technical round, then a Group Discussion, and finally an HR round. From these, the main candidates will be selected. The aptitude test is easy, it's basically related to basic electronics and basics of thermodynamics & applied thermodynamics.
