Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included some basic questions, followed by technical questions. There were also field and customer related questions about handling customers, area visits, and past segments. They asked about how I handled specific situations and about my strengths and weaknesses. Finally, they asked why and how we can improve.

The whole process was pretty chill and informal. There were 3 rounds total. First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I had interviews with two different managers. I also had to take a mechanical aptitude test. They got back to me pretty fast and I moved on.

First, I had a phone call with HR. Then, I went for a local visit where I met with the Sales Manager (Spain) and HR. After that, there was a videocall with the Sales Manager (Spain), HR, and the Regional Market Manager (South-West Europe). Finally, I had another phone call with HR.
