Candidate-reported interview process

Got a call from a recruiter. Had a good chat, but the recruiter seemed to not know who to direct me to next and didn't ask if I had any questions. Said she would get back to me, but never did.

It was a virtual interview. First, I talked with the team I would be working with, and management. I dressed formally. They asked good questions, so be ready. The team seemed pretty diverse.

Three interviews took place. First, a standard recruiter screening call. Second, a video interview with the manager and supervisor, where the manager asked standard behavioral questions. Third, a video peer interview by 6 patient navigators. It seemed like management allows employees to assess cultural fit, but it led to illegal personal questions and hiring decisions based on personal bias due to a lack of diverse peer and management groups.
