Candidate-reported interview process

This was a very direct interview process, without unnecessary steps. It focused on meeting the people you'd work with and the relevant leaders. It started with a standard HR phone screen, then proceeded to three additional interview rounds.

I had a Zoom interview with Manager, then I was invited for an in-person interview. I declined that because of salary expectations, job requirements and the hospital's location.

The recruiter gave me a call and told me more about the job. They asked if I was seeking new employment, let me know the salary range, and scheduled two more interviews. The recruiter didn't mention the benefits package, but did say the hiring manager wanted to hire someone by the end of the month. That was a little unclear.
