Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was pretty casual, but the next two were more formal. They were very professional and got straight to the point. The first interview took about 30 minutes, the second was a bit longer, and the third was shorter. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was a really long process for an entry-level position. I talked to a bunch of different people, and they all asked me the same questions. The whole thing took about six months to finish.

I had a one-on-one meeting with the administrator, they asked direct questions and made a quick decision. It was a pleasant interview, held in a common area with lots of people around, which made for a relaxing interview. The process was knowledgeable and informational, and they were open and approachable to my questions. Ascension was helpful once I got to the interview stage.
