The process had many phases. It started with the manager and then included interviews with departmental nurses. All of these were conducted virtually because I was relocating from another state. While it was a positive experience overall, it was quite lengthy, taking several months from start to finish to get updates.
I had a phone screen with HR that was pretty standard. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager for the unit. It was about two weeks between the phone screen and the in-person interview.
Had a phone call with the recruiter, then an interview with department management. Took a long time to get the recruiter to call back. After that, got a job offer. Had to complete all requirements, met at the hospital twice, and still ended up starting a month later.
