Candidate-reported interview process

There were many sets of interviews. The team was really nice and helped answer a lot of questions. Ascension likes to make sure that you have a good understanding of your potential job.

The interview process involved 5-7 rounds. It started with a phone screen, followed by two rounds focused on behavioral questions. Next, there was a case study and a demonstration of competence in Google Sheets. They were nice and gave feedback after each round.

This interview had about 6-7 rounds, and one of them was a case study. The case study part was really poorly structured. It felt like a waste of time because you had to keep asking them to repeat themselves and write things down, instead of them just saying the questions clearly.
