Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process moved quickly from one stage to the next, with the recruiter being very responsive. Scheduling the team interview took a bit longer. Overall, it was a very straightforward process, and I appreciated how easy the recruiter was to communicate with.

Too many people to interview to get a position with an organization that belittles you. Trying to get a position with an organization that lacks strong leaders; should have been a sign to not work there. They will tell you they are looking for strong leaders, but they are looking for people they can run over. Corporate does not care even when you report the wrong doing.

The process was pretty seamless overall. The recruiter was nice, but took their time getting back to me. There was a big gap between when they first reached out and when I spoke with the manager. The manager seemed fine, but the job wasn't quite what the description made it out to be.
