Candidate-reported interview process

This wasn't too difficult, nor was it overly simple. I needed to write a bit more to satisfy the system's requirement of over 30 characters.

I had a great interview experience for a Software Engineer role! The conversation was smooth, and the interviewers were welcoming, making it feel more like a discussion than just a technical assessment.

The interview process is pretty straightforward interviews, with basic questions about personality and experience. Peers in the interview will have a wide range of questions. Some questions can be specific to healthcare, which may be difficult for non-healthcare workers to relate to (for technical/IT interviews).
