The interview process was great, and everyone was really nice. The person interviewing me was super friendly and made me feel welcome. They went through the questions, but I never felt stressed or hurried. All in all, it was a positive experience.
Had an enjoyable interview. Got complimented on my background, experiences, and strength I would bring to the team. When I was offered the role, it was below market rate for the area and offered no benefits (PRN). When I asked for a higher salary commensurate to my experience and education, they rescinded the offer with an autogenerated email. No personal follow-up. Unprofessional HR department and employer. Stay away.
It was pretty chill and not too difficult. It really depends on your department. The managers in my department were nice and easy to chat with. I'd recommend them. I spoke with two levels of management: the supervisor and the department head. I have noticed that upper management tends to turn over quite a bit; I've had more than 3 managers/directors in the past 4 years.
