We had a few rounds of interviews, including meetings with your potential managers and also with the people you'd be collaborating with. They really want to ensure you're a good fit to avoid quick turnover, which is a smart approach.
The interviews were conducted over the phone and the people I spoke with were approachable. This role is new to the company, established in February, and they're bringing recruiting back in-house. This means there's a lot of potential to build things from the ground up, but also a significant amount of work to do. Prior experience with sourcing in the healthcare sector would be advantageous.
Applied online and got a call back the very next day. Then had a face-to-face interview two days after that. They extended a job offer about a week later. The interview felt more like a chat and I was really impressed with the interviewer; they asked good questions that weren't just the usual textbook ones, which I feel is a better way to get to know someone.
