Candidate-reported interview process
So after I applied, they reached out to set up a phone call. It was basically a chat to see if I was a good fit and for me to learn more about what they do and the job, and for them to learn about me.
The interview process started with a quick call with the recruiter, then I had an interview with the manager of the team, and then a full day of interviews covering behavioral, technical, and fit aspects.
Had a 15 min phone screening, then a 45 min interview with the hiring manager. Then got ghosted for 6 weeks, and received an email saying they were impressed and wanted to schedule another interview. Accepted, and 30 minutes before the interview they cancelled, stating my WAM wasn't high enough. They interviewed me twice and strung me along for 2 months before noticing something on my resume, LinkedIn and transcript. Absolutely useless! P.S. It should be obvious but please list job requirements on job postings!
