Candidate-reported interview process

This was the first 30-minute round where they asked me about my previous work history and some technical stuff. They mentioned Appian offers sponsorship and that they focus on low-code development.

The interviewer was super friendly and we talked all about my resume, my projects, my internship experience, and my skillset. Then, I was given a puzzle to solve and some real-world scenarios where I had to explain how I would solve them. It was genuinely the best interview I've had.

It was a good and encouraging experience. The recruiters were very sweet and calm. The interview questions were fully based on resumes and solving some DSA and OOPS problems. There were also aptitude and puzzle solving questions.
