So after I applied, they reached out to set up a phone call. It was basically a chat to see if I was a good fit and for me to learn more about what they do and the job, and for them to learn about me.
The interview process included a blend of behavioral and technical questions, with a slight lean towards behavioral. There was a strong focus on overall cultural fit, including a meeting with a senior team member to discuss company culture. It was generally a relaxed process.
It was a 3 round interview, all mostly behavioral questions. They do stress on your technical aptitude but the questions itself are not technical. The 1st and 2nd round was with one interviewer but the final round had four interviews.
