Candidate-reported interview process

It was about a 30 min interview. They asked pretty easy questions like what are your job responsibilities, do you have experience with accessibility testing, mobile testing, crossbrowser testing, and what tools you are using.

The process was standard: first an HR phone screen, then a technical round, and finally a virtual on-site. The technical rounds covered knowledge of software testing and some practice scenarios, so researching the company and understanding the product well is helpful.

Applied online. Got an email from a technical recruiter. Had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, had a 1-on-1 video interview with the hiring manager. The interview started with the manager talking about themselves and their day-to-day tasks, then a bunch of questions and hypothetical situations came up. The interviewer talked a lot to make sure I got a chance to talk about myself.
