Candidate-reported interview process

Seven rounds. As someone who has brought on many team members and managed through change, you never need seven interviews to assess a candidate. Asked for a full presentation and preparation for three back-to-back interviews with 18 hours' notice. Was told I was meeting a senior executive for a simple "culture fit" assessment, which turned out to be a game of Stump the Chump. No time to ask questions in many rounds. No meaningful feedback at any time in the process. Was turned down due to not being physically as close to the office as another candidate (despite job listing in the city in which I currently reside).

It was a pretty good interview overall, a bit challenging. You definitely need to prepare and read up on the company's website, etc. Also, more than 2 years of sales experience in technology or something similar is required.

First, I had a phone call with a recruiter about the basics like telling them about myself and what I'm looking for in a job. Then, there was an interview with the hiring director, which included a sales email example and a panel interview.
