This was a four-round interview process, with the final round being with HR. I also interviewed with the hiring manager, and the marketing and business operations director. They assessed my skills in stakeholder management, business processes, and technology know-how.
First a prescreening phone call. Then a 1st stage zoom call with the manager, who is a technical person. They asked typical behavioral questions using the STAR method. You could tell what they were looking for from their questions. Then a 2nd stage zoom call, also with a technical person, for one hour. The questions were very specific to your CV, which you should know best.
I had a teams interview on the phone, and then a face-to-face interview. I was interviewed by about eight people, which was pretty full on, but they completely got the best out of me and didn’t try to treat me up at any point.
