Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had 2 rounds. First was a Group Discussion on current affairs to check communication skills and knowledge, which was an elimination round. Then, a personal interview that covered both technical and HR aspects.

Ótimo! Bem educado, atencioso, fácil acesso as perguntas, disponível pra duvidas, explicando a rotina do setor bem detalhada, alinhamento de expectativas em relação a vaga. Explicações quanto a estudos e benéficos ofertados e fedbacks ao final do processo

The interview process began with a behavioral and logical reasoning test, followed by an interview with the Internship Company a few days later. This interview focused on my presentation and cultural fit. Next, there was a group activity where we played a virtual Escape Game; I recommend looking up the game and company name on Google to fully grasp their methodology. Those who passed this stage moved directly to an interview with the manager, which was the final step.
