The whole process took a long time and scheduling was a mess. The person interviewing me seemed really checked out, probably because they just went through a role change or demotion. The other people interviewing me, who would be my coworkers, were distracted and didn't seem ready. One of them even left the call to take another call.
It took weeks with no updates in between each process. Took 2 weeks to hear back between each stage. I was left waiting 40 minutes before the 2nd interview. The first stage was an online submission via team, and the 2nd stage was face to face to do a presentation.
The interview process had two main stages. First was a phone interview, and the second was an assessment centre. The assessment centre included a group exercise, then a case study, and finally a competency/CV based interview where I had to give a presentation about a brand I liked.
