Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was in two parts. First, you'll meet with the customer service manager and supervisor. After that, sales managers will interview you. It wasn't a tough interview, pretty straightforward. They don't ask a ton about you, just seem to care if you know SAP or coatings.

I had an interview with the recruiter, it was pretty standard, they asked some basic questions. The recruiter was super friendly. Then I had an interview with the line manager where they asked more in-depth questions about expertise and my personality. They presented different scenarios and asked how I would approach solving them.

The interview process was great. They were very professional during the interview process. I was interviewed by two supervisors in the same room. Overall good experience for me.
