I applied through the First company, then there was an online group dynamic to introduce ourselves. Second, there was a video resume. Third, there was an online group dynamic to solve a case. Fourth, there was the interview with the managers.
The interview process involved a presentation, a group task, and a personal/technical interview. First, you had to give a 5-minute presentation on a topic of your interest. Then, there was a group task where you had to figure out the sequence in which a person visited different places. This task was quite challenging and mainly assessed how people interacted with each other. Finally, there was a personal and technical interview.
It was a 2 stage process, first a phone call and then an assessment centre. They asked technical questions about paint and chemistry, and also some get-to-know-you questions. Pretty straightforward questions, they helped guide you through the answers. Red blue green yellow orange
