Candidate-reported interview process

The process was simple but lacked a more concrete approach to experience. There wasn't much room for comments. It seemed more like the recruiter wanted to screen a high volume of candidates, as she didn't seem very interested in each individual one.

Started with HR, then the hiring manager, then peers, and finally the manager's manager. They were looking for technical skills and checking candidate behavior.

The interview process had 3 steps. First I talked with a coworker from my potential team. Then, I had a discussion with my direct manager. Finally, I met with a manager from a different team who I might work with horizontally. All three conversations were really good.
