Candidate-reported interview process

I interviewed for the capacity planner job. The first interview seemed good. The interviewer stressed they'd follow up quickly. HR told me I'd talk to the manager and that was it. I reached out but got no response, I was ghosted.

It was a Team Viewer meeting and it went relatively well. The Department Manager attended the interview as well as the Talent Manager. There was an introduction to what the most challenging aspect of the job was, along with asking questions about my previous roles etc.

The interview process was very quick, complete, and comprehensive. The HR team and direct manager were really nice and supportive. They made a decision quickly and kept me informed step by step.
