Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 3-round interview process. The interview itself was good and in-depth, though at times it felt like a stress interview. HR and the compensation team got back to me, but the revert process is too slow. There's little scope for salary negotiations.

Great recruiting process. Multiple interviews by phone, video, and in person. Always on eye level and very appreciative. Very fast feedback and clear communication of the next steps. An unusually fast process for a company of this size. Keep it up!

The interview process was great, but the interview didn't align with the company's day-to-day operations. It's a great company to start working at, but not good for career planning, as there are many changes.
