Candidate-reported interview process

I had a teams interview on the phone, and then a face-to-face interview. I was interviewed by about eight people, which was pretty full on, but they completely got the best out of me and didn’t try to treat me up at any point.

long process: 1st is written test.. it's like NTS , second step is group discussion and lastly there is a presentation. they assigned each group a topic and ask us to share our review regarding this.

I interviewed in 2019 and they offered me about 80K per year. This was for a role managing hundreds of small cap jobs yearly, and I had years of experience in the business. They offered me about 40K less than what I should have been offered. I laughed and ended the interview shortly after.
