Candidate-reported interview process

I had 3 in person interviews for this role. They asked standard interview questions, and STAR wasn't used. The process was slow, taking 3 months to start after the interviews. One VP seemed unreadable during the interview.

The whole thing took 3 months to wrap up. This was mainly because another manager was dragging their feet, and it turned out they were just lazy and got fired.

I found the job posting on Glassdoor and applied. A recruiter from HR called me for a 30-minute phone interview. After that, the hiring manager reached out. We met at a store, and I got to see how things work there, including how he interacted with staff and some of the systems they use. He asked me to point out any problems I saw on the store shelves. Later, we sat down and he asked about my career goals, what I expected from the role, my past experience, and practical things like my availability and transportation. He mentioned he had other candidates to consider. The next day, HR called to offer me the job, which I accepted. I got the paperwork and started training a week or two later.
