Applied online and had a telephone screening with a nice gentleman. Then a Skype interview was requested, for which I had to buy a webcam as my computer didn't have one, but I was ready the next day. After the Skype interview, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager then contacted the corporate office to extend an offer. I was called back and offered the job, pending a background check and drug screening.
First they call you to see if you're qualified and a good fit. Then, if you both think it's a good match, they'll set up a Skype interview with a recruiter one on one. They'll let you know if you're a good fit after that.
The hiring process felt slow initially, and I was concerned about being overlooked. I expressed my disappointment about the delay in being contacted for an interview, stating that I am a strong candidate for the role. This approach seemed to be effective.
