Candidate-reported interview process

She was nice and right to the point. I told her I had some time doing demoing at a pet store and did a lot of demoing. She said she would call that day.

I interviewed at Starbucks and the interviewer seemed a bit off, maybe on drugs. She would move her mouth like she was talking, but no words were actually coming out. It was like she was trying to speak but just moving her lips.

You start with a phone interview with a recruiter, and if they think you're a good fit, they'll set up another interview, which could be a phone call or a Zoom meeting. You might even meet with the regional manager. After that, you just wait to see if you get an offer call or a rejection email.
