I was contacted by the recruiter and submitted my resume. I then had an in-person interview at the Santa Ana office. The interview went well; they asked questions about my experience, skills, and recruiting strategies. The hiring manager was friendly and explained what she's looking for in the role and discussed company projects.
I found the job on a career site and applied online. After about a week, I received a phone call for a phone interview. It lasted about 15 minutes, and then I was invited for an in-person interview the same week. When I arrived, I waited for about 15 minutes before being asked general questions. It's important to be friendly and personable as they want to see if you're a good fit for the job. The interview was pretty straightforward if you know what you're talking about.
I applied online and then got reached out to. I then had a face to face interview with 4 people: a recruiter, a pro recruiter, and two managers. After that, I had a phone screen with the head of the department a few days later. I was offered the same day.
