Candidate-reported interview process

I submitted the Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC online application. After that, I got a link to take an online assessment test. It had some interesting questions. One was unscrambling letters that were synonymous with a given word and then entering the last letter of the unscrambled word. There was also an exercise to check my 3D vision skills.

I first talked to a recruiter for a quick phone chat, then had a more in-depth interview that felt like it was read from a script. After that, I met with everyone in the department.

I had a phone interview where they mostly asked about my retail experience, and then a second interview in the field with my supervisor. It was a good experience overall. I'd suggest dressing in business attire and bringing your best effort.
