Candidate-reported interview process

A recruiter named Charles called me to set up an interview. I met him at a restaurant, and the interview lasted about an hour. He mostly showed me the Jet system the company uses and explained what they expected from their employees.

The interview was conducted over the phone and online. The process was very vague and not as advertised. They told us one thing, but it turned out to be completely different. We had to complete a bunch of courses and pass tests that weren't relevant to the actual job. It was very stressful from the start because the district manager wanted us to begin working while we were still taking courses, which they said had to be completed by a certain deadline or we'd be out. The whole process felt like it was designed to be stressful.

I had a phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes. They asked me about my retail experience and what the company benefits are. We also talked about what to expect when working for the company, and details about pay and mileage reimbursement.
