This was seriously one of the best interview processes I've been through. A recruiter reached out, and I had a first call the very next day. After that, I met the hiring manager pretty quickly. Then came this Excel project, which was actually pretty cool and felt like real work for the job. I then had to present what I found to the team, and after that, I spoke with the director the following week. They sent over an offer a week after that. I really liked how they kept me in the loop at every step and used a portal to show my progress. It all felt super organized and professional, and way better than other places I've interviewed with.

The process started off well and I thought I had a good chance of getting hired since I made it to the final interview after four rounds, with positive feedback each time. It was around the holidays, so I figured they were just out of office when I didn't hear back for two weeks. Then, in the second week of January, they sent an email saying they had selected another candidate and wouldn't be moving forward with my application. I found it really unprofessional to leave candidates hanging for so long and then reject them after they'd already gone through four rounds of interviews with good feedback.

I went through four interviews in total. The first was with the Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on my background and motivation. The second and third interviews with managers covered sales skills, prospecting strategies, and handling objections through mock calls. The final interview focused on cultural fit and overall motivation for the role. Throughout the process, everyone was friendly, communicative, and supportive. I received prompt feedback after each round, which helped me feel confident and prepared for the next stage.

The interview process had 3 rounds. First was the Manager Round where we discussed previous work experience and my resume. Then there was a Technical Round with basic technical questions and questions about my experience in particular situations. The final round was with the Director and was a Behavioral Round focusing on previous experience. After the 3rd round, it took 2-3 weeks to get the official written offer letter and confirmation. I got a soft confirmation within 3-4 days of the final round saying I was selected, but the wait for the written approval was a very tense and difficult phase.
