Technical Project Manager
I was invited to the first round interview with the hiring manager, which was mostly behavioral questions about leadership and past experience. I got an email saying I was rejected right after the interview.
- Could you describe a project you've worked on?
Technical Project Manager
Started with a regular phone screen that included logic questions. Then, I was invited to the DC office for a 4.5-hour onsite interview. This included a 1-hour presentation about Yext, followed by a 30-minute prep time for two presentations on suggesting client web page changes and how Yext services can improve them. After lunch, there were two 45-minute behavioral interviews. The day concluded with an end-of-week meeting where I received no thanks or handshake.
- Can you tell me what Yext does?
- Could you describe the biggest challenge you've faced in the past year?
Technical Project Manager
The interview process had 3 rounds total. The first round was behavioral, the second round involved both behavioral questions and a mini case study, and the third round, which took place at the DC office, included case studies and behavioral questions. The final round itself consisted of two behavioral and two case projects. It was a long and challenging day but was balanced with a lot of fun.
