I applied in early January and got a call from a recruiter the next day to set up the first interview. The first talk went well, but things moved pretty slowly overall. It took about two weeks to get the second round scheduled, and another week or two to set up the third round with the department head. After that, there was a fourth and last interview. All in all, the whole thing took just over two months. They were professional in their communication, but the timeline felt dragging and there were big waits between each step. At the end, I got a quick email saying they chose someone else. The recruiter mentioned they talked to about 70 people in the first round, which might be why the later stages still felt really competitive. The team was nice, but they could speed up the timelines and cut down the candidate pool earlier to make it smoother.

There were a total of 7 interview rounds. The first one was a behavioral chat with the hiring manager. Rounds two and three involved two case interviews with consultants. The fourth round was another behavioral interview, this time with a principal. The fifth round was also a behavioral interview, but with a managing director.

The hiring process started with a more thorough recruiter call than usual, focusing on company knowledge and application motivation. This was followed by three more interviews, each with progressively more senior individuals. While the interviews themselves were pleasant, advancing through multiple stages didn't necessarily reflect interview performance. After two weeks of interviews, I was expecting a decision the following week, but was informed the week after that they were proceeding with an internal candidate.

The interview process was pretty standard. I spoke with some future colleagues and a recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, I was told there'd be one more interview. I waited about 1.5 weeks with no word, so I followed up with the recruiter, still nothing. Then I reached out to the hiring manager directly. The next thing I knew, I got a weird rejection email from someone I'd never even talked to. No feedback was given, and the hiring manager never got back to me. It felt like a total waste of 6 weeks and 4 hours of interviews. My experience with WWT's hiring process was really bad, and they should seriously look at how they recruit. Based on how I was treated, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.
