Inside Sales Representative
First spoke with HR, then a director, and finally interviewed with VP level leaders. It was a relaxed interview style, and they seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person.
- Could you share your experience with us?
Inside Sales Representative
Had a few interviews for the job. The interviewers made it seem like the job was mine, mentioning my future colleagues and daily tasks. However, they then had a hiring freeze for six months. Eventually, they got back to me saying they decided to go in a different direction. I asked for feedback but didn't receive any. I suspect it was because of my salary expectations.
- How adaptable are you, and what makes you stand out from others?
- Could you share some of your hobbies?
- What might your colleagues find annoying about you?
Inside Sales Representative
I applied online and got a call for a phone interview with HR, which was about 15 minutes long. I didn't get to ask any questions, but they did ask about my salary expectations. They said they would schedule an in-person meeting with the team lead, but I never heard back after sending a thank you email to HR.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What are your salary expectations?
