The interview process here is kind of messy, and nobody really knows what to expect. It also takes forever, and you end up answering the same questions over and over.

The recruitment process is pretty smooth, and you usually get an update 2-3 business days after an interview. There are a phone screen and then 7 more rounds. Rounds 2 and 3 are case interviews, while rounds 1, 4, and 5 are behavioral. Rounds 6 and 7 are panel interviews. I was rejected after the 5th round. The case interviews are manageable, not as tough as MBB, and require knowledge of basic frameworks, but the cases are structured and the math is straightforward. The behavioral questions are standard, and there are some 'why WWT?' questions. Interviews are usually 30 minutes each with time for questions, except for the 1-hour case interview rounds. The case interview rounds are both in the same week, and you typically have an interview each week. They really value fit, which is why there are so many interviews.

It started with an HR interview where they asked some basic questions about me and why I wanted to work for WWT. The second round was with the consulting services team, and they asked about my interest in consulting, a time I had to convince someone, and what I hoped to learn at WWT.
