First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at World Wide Technology.
Analyst
There were a total of 7 interview rounds. The first one was a behavioral chat with the hiring manager. Rounds two and three involved two case interviews with consultants. The fourth round was another behavioral interview, this time with a principal. The fifth round was also a behavioral interview, but with a managing director.
- Could you explain your interest in WWT?
- What draws you to consulting?
Analyst
So basically there were two rounds of case interviews, then two rounds where they got to know me and my experience, and then a final chat with the founder. Each one was about 30 mins to an hour. It felt pretty chill, like we were just talking.
- Can you tell me about how you collaborate within a team?
Senior Analyst
The interview process at WWT felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time. Initially, I was told the role was remote, but this changed to mandatory relocation. After agreeing to relocate, I was given an assessment to share with the hiring manager and discuss in the first interview. I completed this assessment thoroughly. However, the interview itself was never scheduled, which I found very rude and unprofessional.
- Despite preparing extensively for their assessment, an interview was never set up.
