Behavioral Technical

It was a strange interview experience. The Engineering Manager seemed distracted, possibly using an AI tool for questions. The interview featured standard situational questions, but after a long pause, the manager would ask unrelated follow-up questions. I decided to withdraw after that stage, as it didn't feel like a good reflection of the engineering culture, even though I like the company.

I had a 1 on 1 interview with the manager. They were really interested in my background and profile. They clearly laid out what to expect in the interview and what we would discuss. The exchange felt very open and non-judgmental, which I really appreciated.

Coding Presentation Behavioral

This was a 2-part interview process. First up was a Pair Programming interview, basically a live coding challenge. I won't get into the nitty-gritty of the problem, but it's similar to what others have said. They're more interested in seeing how you collaborate and communicate during this round rather than if you get the perfect answer. The second round was a Project Showcase where you had to present a project you're really proud of. Pick a project that highlights the skills and qualities they're looking for in an intern, and shows how you'd vibe with the company culture, plus some standard behavioral questions about your project. The whole thing from applying to getting an offer took about a week.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about yourself and your experience?
