I was contacted by a manager and set up an interview. But, the manager didn't show up and didn't even apologize or reschedule. There wasn't a job description provided either. You only get one chance to make a first impression!

So my interview started with a friendly chat about my experience and challenges, plus some situational questions based on the conversation. Then came a series of technical challenges. They were pretty fun and dealt with problems I hadn't seen in a while. The interviewers were great, really engaging with my ideas. The afternoon interviews were a bit tiring, but they definitely speed things up with a quick response, so it's worth it.

So first I had a recruiter call, then I spoke with the hiring manager. After that, I had 3 more interviews: one coding, one system design, and one project overview. All of them were pretty easy, and I felt like I did well. I actually didn't get why I was rejected, but I'm fine with it because I didn't really like the company culture anyway. The interviewers seemed unprepared, and since they were mostly new hires, they couldn't answer my questions about the culture or PR process. They were all polite though.
