The whole process was super professional and quick. The recruiting team kept me in the loop the entire time, and I really liked how everything went. The only bummer was not getting clear feedback after the final stage and not getting an offer. The feedback I did get wasn't detailed enough for me to actually learn from or fix anything, and even though I asked for more info, I couldn't chat with the right person about it. I get that they probably can't give everyone super detailed feedback. But since I made it all the way to the end after a bunch of steps, I feel like it would've been fair for the hiring manager to hop on a quick call to give me some more specific and useful feedback.

Behavioral Technical Case

So you start with a recruiter chat to go over your background and experience. Then, a director does a screening to check your technical chops. After that, there are four interviews: three are behavioral, focusing on 'Tell me about a time' type questions, and one is a case study. The case study is all about labor planning, where you have to figure out headcount based on Volume, Direct UPH, and the percentage of indirect hours. I found this part tricky, so I'd recommend reviewing the formulas for calculating indirect hours based on Volume and UPH before you go in.

The interview process took 8 weeks. There were many scheduling errors, sometimes taking over 2 weeks to set up an interview using their virtual scheduler. They also had a lot of internal miscommunication, leaving me unsure of what was happening. After the final round, I waited a few days for an email, only to be told they had already filled the position before my interview. They then suggested I apply for another role that suited me. Initially, I was told I could bypass the initial stages and go straight to the final round, but they quickly changed their mind. When I asked for feedback on why I wasn't selected, I was ignored. It was a difficult process overall. The steps were: 1. HR screening 2. a take-home SQL test 3. a case study 4. a behavioral interview with two potential managers.

Behavioral Technical

Had a 30 min phone screener with a recruiter, they were nice and gave me a general idea of what they expected for the role. Then I had a 1 hour Zoom interview with the hiring manager. I think they already had someone in mind for the role since the interviewer told me right at the start not to take it personally if I didn’t get it. They asked me some technical questions to see if my background and knowledge were a good fit.
