Got an email after applying to set up a video call, which was a 45-minute case study. The interviewer was nice but got right to it. It had some basic business questions, including some math, which can be tough if you're not ready. I was contacted soon after for an in-person interview (two interviews that day). They give you a tour first, the offices are really nice! The first interview was another case study, similar to the first but a bit harder. The next one was all behavioral, asking what I'd do in different situations and for examples from my experience. Both interviews were about 40 minutes long. Both interviewers were really friendly and helpful. Not long after, I got an email to set up a final phone call where they made the offer.

Behavioral Case Technical Other

Had three interviews all in one morning. The first was with a senior manager, and it covered competency questions and then three short role plays where I had to negotiate with suppliers and customers. The second was with another senior manager and also had competency questions, then an analytical case study where I had to look at data and make a recommendation. The last interview was with the head of the team, who was really obnoxious and difficult (maybe on purpose). He tried to throw me off a lot and asked brain teaser questions. Honestly, it put me off the role because he didn't seem like someone I'd want to work for.

  • Tell me about a time you demonstrated key competencies.
  • Simulate a scenario where you need to negotiate with a supplier or customer.
