So the interview started with a quick recruiter call. Then, we moved on to a technical screen. During this screen, the interviewer asked me to solve an array problem and find the maximum element. They also asked me to describe my current project, my responsibilities in it, and the technologies I'm using.

Primo contatto telefonico: La solita chiacchierata conoscitiva. Vogliono capire perché hai puntato proprio loro e se hai almeno un minimo di entusiasmo per il settore. Nulla di complicato, basta non sembrare lì per caso. Test tecnico (Excel + Inglese): Qui si va sul pratico. Ti chiedono le basi di Excel (principalmente Pivot e Cerca.Vert) e ti fanno un paio di domande in inglese per vedere se riesci a mettere insieme due frasi senza farti prendere dal panico. I applied for a job through Gupy and about two days after applying, HR contacted me on WhatsApp. We scheduled a Teams interview for another day. The recruiter was very friendly and explained the role and benefits clearly. However, I didn't hear back after the interview. From the process on Gupy, I realized I wasn't selected, but it's been over two months and there's been no official communication. I think they could at least send a message saying I wasn't selected, instead of leaving me hanging.

The interview process started with a phone call with HR, which was the first contact. Then, there was a second video call with two HR members. Finally, there was an online interview with the director who would be the assistant. The first and second contacts happened on the same day, and they offered the last interview the same week. It was a very fast process.
