First, some small talk and personal questions, then focus on technical aspects and details about the job. Very friendly and open atmosphere, lasted about 30 minutes. Nothing really special compared to other employers. Several managers were present.

Worst interview experience ever. From scheduling to the final interview. The company is terrible. It takes them weeks to make a decision. Scheduling: HR emailed me for an interview on a specific date, but I wasn't happy and asked for a new date. No response for 3 days. I called many times with no answer. Only 1 hour before the interview (original date) did she reply to change the date. Interview: The interviewers who were supposed to make me comfortable were grumpy and angry the whole time. They never smiled, and it felt like I was being interrogated. I really didn't expect this from a company like Volkswagen. They asked a few technical questions and weren't willing to listen to my answers, expecting a high technical response. I informed them about my German level beforehand, and it seemed like they found reasons to make the interview a failure. Better to stay away from such negative people and toxic environments.

Behavioral Technical

I've had several interviews with no response, which is really frustrating. I've kept communication polite and professional, always following up on the selection progress. I believe receiving constructive feedback would be extremely helpful to better understand my areas for improvement. I will continue to persevere and adjust my approach to increase my chances of success in future opportunities.
