I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who asked for my resume. I then received an invitation for an online group activity, but on the day, it was just me and the recruiter. We chatted about my background, and she gave me details about the role. After that, I did a cultural fit test. The following week, I got an email saying I passed to the next stage, which was in-person at their office. I had an individual interview there with the hiring manager. We talked for over an hour, and we really connected. The conversation was great, and I learned more about the day-to-day. The next day, they emailed to say I passed. They scheduled me for a medical exam the day after. I'm currently waiting to start my internship.

First, you'll submit your application. If you pass the screening, they'll invite you to the first panel with the University Academy dynamics. If you pass this stage, you'll get an online test called Cultural Fit, which is also a eliminatory step. After that, you'll do another dynamics panel, this time with some Volkswagen managers. If you advance to the next phase, you'll have an in-person interview with the specific manager of your area of interest.
