After about 2 months of waiting from my online application, I was invited for a 1:1 in-person meeting with the team lead. It lasted 40 minutes and was more of an informal and relaxed chat. I didn't see it as a job interview, more like a conversation. A few days after the chat, I got the offer.

The process was smooth, we had a group activity and then an interview with the manager. Everything was online. I found both stages quite easy, especially the interview with the manager, where a leader was present along with the manager themselves.

It was quite a long process. First, I had to fill out an online application form. Then, I did a video interview with four questions, and I had three attempts for each answer, but they wanted a decent amount of talking. After that, there were some online tests and an assessment centre.
